How do I control the slat angle on these venetian blinds?
These blinds use a slim white cylindrical tilt wand on the left side of the headrail. Simply rotate the tilt wand clockwise or counterclockwise to tilt the 35mm wood slats to any angle, from fully closed for complete privacy to fully horizontal for maximum natural light. The tilt wand gives smooth and precise slat angle control without touching the slats directly.
How do I raise and lower the blind?
The right side of the blind has a thin white braided pull cord for raising and lowering. Pull the cord downward to raise the blind and release to lower it to any desired height. The tilt wand on the left controls slat angle only, while the pull cord on the right controls the height of the blind. The two functions are completely independent for flexible light and privacy control.
What type of ladder system do these blinds use?
These blinds use a Ladder String system, which means thin white cords thread vertically through small holes punched into each slat. This gives the blind a clean and minimal appearance compared to wider fabric Ladder Tape. The Ladder String holds each slat in precise horizontal alignment and transfers the tilt motion from the wand to every slat simultaneously and evenly.
