What materials are available for your French Door Plantation Shutters?
Our French Door Plantation Shutters are available in three materials: Paulownia solid wood, PVC, and Aluminium Shutter. Paulownia is lightweight at approximately 320kg per CBM, dimensionally stable, and resistant to warping. PVC suits high-humidity environments. Aluminium Shutter offers 20 stock colors including painted and heat transfer grain finishes. All materials support custom sizing and OEM orders.
What louver sizes are available for French Door Plantation Shutters?
We offer four standard louver sizes: 63mm, 76mm, 89mm, and 114mm. Each louver is precisely milled, sanded, and finished for a clean uniform appearance. Adjustable louvers allow full control of light and ventilation at any angle. Custom louver sizes may be available upon request. Please contact us with your requirements for a detailed quote.
What color and finish options are available?
We offer three finish types sourced from our technical specifications: Painted Color provides a solid opaque surface in 20 plus standard colors. Stained Color allows natural wood grain to show through the finish. Brushed Color creates a textured effect similar to Abachi wood grain. Custom Pantone color matching is available for bulk OEM orders. All finishes are applied through our professional paint production line.
What frame types and installation methods do you support?
We support four frame types: L-Frame, F-Frame, Z-Frame, and Deco Frame. Standard panel gap is 2.5mm. Both Inside Mount and Outside Mount installation methods are available. For panels over 1500mm in height, at least one mid-rail is required. Width tolerance is within 1 to 3mm depending on panel count. Height tolerance is within 1.5mm. All hardware and installation instructions are included.
What is the maximum and minimum custom size for French Door Shutters?
Custom sizes are fully available. Minimum width is 126mm and maximum width is 850mm. Minimum height is 210mm and maximum height is 3000mm. Panels over 1500mm require at least one mid-rail. Panels over 2500mm require at least two mid-rails. Panels exceeding 3000mm are accepted as special custom orders but fall outside our standard warranty coverage. Do you support OEM and ODM orders? What is the minimum order quantity?
Yes, we fully support OEM and ODM orders. Custom logo, custom color, and custom size are all accepted. For Paulownia and PVC shutters, MOQ is flexible starting from small quantities. For Aluminium Shutter custom Painted Color, MOQ is 100 square meters per color. Heat transfer grain colors do not support customization. Factory direct pricing is available. Panels exceeding 3000mm in height are produced as custom orders and do not carry standard warranty coverage.
